In honor of St. Patricks Day I’m sharing one of my favorite family recipes for homemade Irish creamer! It’s super easy to make and will keep in the refrigerator for weeks! Hope you enjoy and Happy St. Patricks Day!

Baileys Irish Cream:

1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14oz)

8 oz whipping cream

4 TBSP chocolate syrup

2-4tsp instant coffee (to taste)

1-2 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Additions:

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 TBLSP powdered chai mix (for a spicier creamer)

3/4 – 1 cup of Irish Whiskey

Put everything in a blender (I suggest adding liquid ingredients first) and blend until smooth & well mixed. Taste and add more coffee, vanilla, or other spices to your liking! Store in the fridge in a class jar with a clean lid and use within a month. It’s a great addition to coffee or by itself over ice!
