As the mom of two grown sons, the youngest of whom is autistic, Cathy understands the need to stay healthy for herself and her family. She also understands how difficult that can be. After years of struggles with her own fitness and weight, Cathy’s journey to lose and maintain a 70 lb weight-loss transformed her health,
fitness and life! This transformation evolved into a passion for helping others reach their goals and demonstrating that permanent change towards a healthier lifestyle is possible for everyone……AND it can be fun! Cathy has 12 years’ experience working with groups and individuals in a variety of areas. Her experience as an instructor includes Schwinn Indoor Cycling, Barre, TRX training, HIIT / Tabata / Circuit classes, and, most recently, StrongFirst Kettlebell Training. Improving functional movement, getting stronger, testing yourself, as well as finding a balance in life is important to Cathy…….especially if you can have fun along
