Kathryn Shaw, RYT200, discovered the power and peace of yoga over 15 years ago while living in Thailand as an exchange student. It is an honor for her to now have the opportunity to share the rejuvenating and healing benefits of a consistent yoga practice with community members in her home city of Albuquerque. While Kathryn appreciates teaching and practicing all styles of yoga, her heart, body and soul most blossoms with restorative yoga. Many of us live hectic lives with frequent stresses, so Kathryn is a wholehearted advocate of making time to nourish, restore and rejuvenate ourselves.
