Niecy Taylor is an RYT 200 certified yoga instructor. Her yoga practice began in 2003 as a way to stay active when she wasn’t playing volleyball. Since then yoga has become a consistent practice of self-care. She says yoga allows her to connect the parts of herself that are necessary to be her truest self in mind, body, and spirit. Niecy says: ” I truly believe yoga is for everybody. Often times the hardest work is just in getting to our mat. There is a powerful connection that happens when we focus on our breath and tie it to movement of our body. The discipline of the practice can allow us to show up not only on our mat but in other areas of our life. The positive results of a consistent yoga practice are limitless.”
