Sara Niedbalski received her 500-HR yoga teaching certification from Grassroots Yoga in 2017, and has been practicing yoga since 2013. Sara’s journey into yoga began completely by chance when she stumbled across Grassroots in 2013 and never looked back. Sara’s all levels vinyasa classes link breath to movement with a focus on flowing gracefully through sequences. Sara encourages her students to develop a sense of awareness that can be therapeutic, inspiring, and directive for students both on and off their yoga mats.
All Levels Vinyasa Class
Sara’s vinyasa class focuses on linking breath to movement and developing a sense of proprioception (keen awareness of one’s body in space). Her classes include [optional] hands-on adjustments that help students gain an awareness of their own practices, and helps them to achieve the maximum benefit of each pose. Sara focuses her classes around a single peak pose or objective, building gradually in the beginning, reaching the peak pose two thirds of the way through, and then winding down with longer stretches and restorative poses. As her classes are meant to truly be all level appropriate, Sara offers modifications, adjustments, and personal attention to ensure every body is able to participate in a practice that suits their desired activity level and want for a challenge.
