Stephanie’s vinyasa class you can expect to start out slowly with some simple movements and stretches, then move on to more vigorous flows that are propelled by the breath. At the end of class all of your effort will be rewarded with stretches and twists on the floor before ending in Savasana. Stephanie invites you to bring yourself and your needs to the mat each and every time you come to practice. Find your breath. Find your rhythm. Find your flow.
