After years of people-pleasing and low self-esteem, Tabatha Bennett had become an over-achieving perfectionist. Once she discovered the magic of yoga, she learned to embrace imperfection and individuality, both on and off the mat. Through her practice, she lives vibrantly in the present moment and supports others to do the same. Classes with Tabatha include a huge dose of encouragement, plenty of hands-on adjustments and a fun, energizing flow. She holds a 200-hour certification in Ashtanga yoga with additional training in Trauma-Informed yoga.
